Statutory Rights

As a UK based company we are subject to UK and European consumer law. We believe in ethical transactions with all our partners, and will do our utmost to ensure fair and honest trading. Your consumer rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

Delivery and Rates 

• United Kingdom: FREE! (No matter where in the U.K you live!)
• BFPO Address: FREE! (Named service personnel or MOD deployed civvies only!) 
• Republic of Ireland: £5.00
• European Union: £10.00
• Rest of the World: £20.00

How We Deliver

• Parcels will only be delivered to the cardholders billing address on the first purchase.

We use a combination of reliable national courier services and the Royal Mail's Special Delivery, or Recorded Signed For for our deliveries. We do not simply use the cheapest method of postage; we want our service to you to be fast and efficient. Customers will be informed by email when their order has been confirmed by Pegasus Fitness, and again when the order is actually shipped. We want all our deliveries to be as quick and straightforward as possible, and will do all that we can to ensure this.

Obviously, delivery times can vary from between approximately 1 - 7 working days in the UK mainland, and appropriately longer for more distant deliveries. BFPO deliveries depend on HM Forces. All deliveries will require a signature, and most orders can be tracked on the internet.

 Availability of Stock

We do our utmost to ensure that all stock advertised is currently in stock . If anything cannot be delivered to our customers straight away then we will contact you immediately and ask if you want to continue with the purchase, on the understanding that delivery will be later than anticipated.

Please contact us at: info@pegasusfitness.co.uk if you would like to order something that is currently not in stock and we will see if it is available through the manufacturer.

We will NEVER send out a similar substitute as a replacement for unavailable stock without your consent. We will always contact you first to let you know about your choices.

If you have already paid for an item that is not in stock, or will take a while to be delivered, and wish to have a refund this is obviously no problem at all.

Payment Methods

All prices are inclusive of V.A.T and payable in British Pounds.

The following methods of payment are accepted:

1. Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro & Solo.
2. Cheques made payable to Pegasus Fitness Limited.
3. Postal orders made out to Pegasus Fitness Limited.

Online Fraud

Parcels will only be delivered to the cardholders billing address on the first purchase. We realise that people often have parcels delivered to their workplace, but regrettably, due to the increase in fraudulent transactions this is not possible for first-time customers.

For the protection of our customers, genuine cardholders and ourselves we will reject any transactions that TRIGGER FRAUD PREVENTION MEASURES.

Card details may be taken via the website, over the telephone or via fax. In the last two cases, card details will be destroyed immediately after the transaction.

Card details are processed by Protx, one of the UK's largest payment service providers, and details are sent over a secure socket layer using sophisticated encryption technology. Your details will remain secure throughout the transaction and will not be collected by Pegasus Fitness once the transaction concludes.

All items will only be dispatched once payment for them has cleared. This may vary from between 1 - 3 working days for internet payments. Cheques will obviously take longer to clear, probably between 5 - 7 working days.

Contract with Customer

A contract between both parties is only entered into when both parties agree to the the terms and conditions set out on this page. In other words, when the customer commits to pay for an item and Pegasus Fitness agrees to supply the said item.

All transactions or refunds will be concluded within a period of thirty days at the latest.

Pegasus Fitness will always comply with the relevant legislation applicable to online retailers.
