Cooling-off Period

As a British company we are obliged to abide by European law, which states that customers have the right to a cooling-off period after the delivery of a purchase. This is a period of seven working days, beginning the day after the day of delivery.

The cooling-off period does not apply to DVDs, audio or software that has been opened, as it may have been copied. Equally, underwear, bras or socks that have been worn or food and drink products that have been opened cannot be accepted either.

What If An Item Arrives In Damaged Packaging Or Is Already Opened?

We ask that customers REFUSE DELIVERY if a product has blatantly been damaged or opened in transit. Please then contact us at support@pegasusfitness.co.uk and inform us of the situation. The goods will then be returned to Pegasus Fitness, and you will be given the choice of a replacement being sent out, or a full refund being given.

What Do I Do If I Want To Swap An Item?

You have seven working days from receiving your puchase to decide if you would like to swap or keep the item. Inform us by email at support@pegasusfitness.co.uk and return the item, stating the course of action you would like to follow.

We can offer to swap the item or cancel your order and refund your money. Item must be unused and in it's original condition. It is our obligation to accept items for refund or replacement (within seven working days after receipt of item), but it is the customers obligation to return the item in the condition it was received in.

What If An Item Arrives Damaged?

Inform us by email at support@pegasusfitness.co.uk stating exactly what is wrong and return the item to Pegasus Fitness by post. We will offer to refund or replace your purchase.

What If An Item Fails After Being Used?

Inform us by email at support@pegasusfitness.co.uk exactly what has failed and return the item to Pegasus Fitness by post. The original manufacturer will be informed and the item will be inspected by them to verify the stated fault. Only then can a refund be issued. We will offer to refund or replace your purchase.

We will only accept items that have failed up to fourteen days after delivery.

Who Pays For Returning Items?

  • In ALL CASES, the customers is responsible for the costs of returning items to Pegasus Fitness.
  • We would strongly recommend using recorded delivery to avoid disputes and loss of items.
  • Items cannot be dropped off at our physical address, and customers will be turned away.
  • The only time Pegasus Fitness will pay for returns is if an item is faulty, damaged or different from what has been ordered. In other words, if it is our fault we will correct our mistake at no cost to the customer.

Pegasus Fitness will always comply with the relevant legislation applicable to online retailers.
