The product contains both carbohydrates and minerals in the right quantities to optimize your fluid balance ans spare your muscle glycogen. Then another special ingredient, called PeptoPro protein is added to this drink.

PeptoPro protein hydrolysates are easily soluble small peptides (protein “split” in smaller pieces). Needing no digestion, PeptoPro protein provides building blocks rapidly to the muscles.
